WHAT TO EXPECT: Please reach out to me with any scheduling questions prior to booking (502)631-0031. Text is the best way to reach me. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to your appointment. We’ll review your intake form and session goals, then I’ll show you to the treatment room. You’ll have time to get comfortable while I step out to prepare.

Location:

• Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri: New and existing clients may book at 225 N Clifton Ave #5, Louisville, KY 40206. This studio is located inside of MettaMassage.

• Tues: Existing clients only may schedule at my in-home studio located in Crestwood, KY. Walking upstairs is mandatory at this location. Starting May 1st, 2026 - all clients will need to schedule at the Clifton location.

• If you are needing in ASAP but do not see openings on the schedule, please text me. I can occasionally take extra clients in need of relief.
